Brion Energy Well Pads

Construction of eight well pads and five steam condensate management systems at the Brion MacKay River Site.  Responsible for connecting the cable tray between modules, connecting the power transformers, and placing the EHT skids and installing homerun cables for the pre-built modules. Installed off-module electrical equipment, instrumentation devices, light fixtures, cable trays, heat trace and cables to complete pads. The construction of the steam condensate management system included installation of electrical equipment, instrumentation devices, light fixtures, cable trays and cable to complete the units.

Electrical installation for the Crushing Plant Train 1 & 2, Surge Facility, Surge Feed Conveyor Train 1 & 2, Slurry Prep Conveyor Train 1, 2 & 3 at the Suncor Fort Hills site located in  Installation included above grade grounding, lightning protection, junction boxes, transformers, disconnect switches, distribution panels, control panels, ore grade analyzer panels, engineered cable trays and field run conduit/instrument tray to devices, indoor/outdoor lighting and receptacles, local control stations, instrumentation devices, CCTV system devices, cable pulls, and glanding/termination of cables.

Supply and installation of storm water sump control panel, sump pump control panel, distribution panels and transformers, high mast and stanchion lighting, EHT, cable tray, direct buried cables and grounding, and cathodic protection support.  Installation of owner supplied compactor control panel.
