When Westwood first began providing industrial electrical services to customers some 40 years ago, websites didn’t exist. Since then, however, websites have become an important way to communicate a company’s strengths and values. After months and months of work, we’re proud to formally announce the launch of Westwood’s new website.

We’re a small Canadian company with extensive capabilities. We’re proud of our roots and who we’ve become, and we’re glad with the new website to be able tell that story in our About section.
We also felt it was important to articulate our unique culture—the Westwood Way. On this page, you see the four components we focus on to achieve success: people, safety, quality, and collaboration.

Our greatest asset is our people, and we know it! Our new careers page helps us attract more great team members by illustrating what we have to offer.
What’s really meaningful, for job-seekers who might be a good fit for us, is the video on our careers page.

Westwood is more than a respected industrial electrical services provider—we’re a family and we’re part of the communities we serve.
In our news section, we get to share what we’ve been up to both on and off the field, from participating in non-profit events and partnering with post-secondary institutions to employee profiles and project updates.

Employee Recognition Program
It’s important to us to reward team members who are growing their careers with us, and going above and beyond for our customers. With our new Employee Recognition Program page, employees can log in to their account to see how many points they’ve accrued for:
- Safety performance
- Thank you performance recognition
- Years of service recognition
Then, employees can redeem points in exchange for a variety of products.
FTP Portal
We became acquainted with the art and science of project management more than 40 years ago. Today, with a commitment to transparency and confidence in our productivity and scheduling systems, we look forward to sharing this data with customers through our new website’s FTP portal.
It’s also become an efficient way for pre-qualifying subcontractors to share files.
Employee Login
Our website’s employee login feature allows employees to quickly and easily provide or access:
- Onboarding package material (i.e. safety orientation, driver’s license, etc.)
- Safety manuals
